Russian propagandist Solovyev has his own ideas on what Russia and the US should negotiate. "Why not create a military coalition between Russia&America and divide Europe?Who needs it? I think it's a great idea.We'll set up our bases, without a hitch, at the usual points -Berlin, Paris, as in 1814.

If I have to bet I would say Canada is not going to exist in 2 years anymore. I think most Canadians have no clue how much economic leverage the US has over them. It can literally starve Canada to death through a naval blockade without any direct military engagement. Most people are still in denial.

Main take away: Nuclear energy production always was a massive money grab because it is a capital intensive monopoly business. Once you buy into it they can charge the utilities whatever they want and never deliver. Plant manufacturers like BBC explicitly strategized like this in Germany in the 80s.

Kennedy said "Ich bin ein Berliner" and every German knew that. We Europeans looked up to the US. That is impossible now. It is as if the US does not understand anymore how powerful it actually was and how much it is self-destructing right now.

Y'all pick a lane. Then make a little progress in your lane each day. Every serious, experienced organizer I know is Doing Their Thing. Instead of freaking out about each bit of bad news, we're in our lanes rapidly building dual power infrastructure and networks that don't rely on the goverment.

In my self-defense classes I focus on how most people are socially conditioned to follow the norms of a civilized, polite society — and there is a MENTAL SHIFT required to use violence to defend from violence. I'm reminded of this while watching our elected officials dithering and delaying. 1/
