Has anyone here struggled with high blood pressure and if so, any tips for managing it? 🥲 I kept thinking mine was because of this or that but it persists. And if I need to do stuff like lose weight or exercise more or eat healthier, I just want to know it really pays off 😭

One more week of my fave month of the year. 🩷 AWARE, a women’s rights group in Singapore, posted the slides below on Instagram, and I thought they would shed some light on what we’re dealing with here. (“BTOs” are build-to-order housing, which is heavily subsidized by the government.)

I’ve been bringing my antibiotics to work because I take them at 8am and 8pm (work starts at 7:30am, lol). At 8ish tonight, I went looking for a snack so I could take my antibiotic without hurting my belly. Had the snack. Went to get the pills. Pills not there. I left them in my work trolley. 😅

New Yorkers need affordable homes. New Yorkers need great public libraries. So we're building both. Today, we took the next step toward creating a brand-new library and more than 200 affordable homes at the New Utrecht Library site in Brooklyn. Because public land should serve the public.
