It’s kind of scary to think that Hazbin Hotel of all things is too risqué and problematic for a great deal of people. Sign of an unhealthy media environment. If it would have released fifteen years ago just about the only thing that would have ruffled feathers is being a cartoon about demons.
really hope this gets explored more in s3 cuz they kiiiinda have him still using drugs in s2 which was something but it would be nice to see his struggles with addiction delved into more cuz s1's handling was such bs that it bled into s2 XP

my most controversial opinion is that we NEED to be more open to people leaving MAGA/the right and welcoming them into the resistance. it doesn't mean you have to like or forgive them. but we NEED people to wake up and fight back. we need people on OUR side, not his.
A wise snake once said "Mistakes are innate to being human and alive. We fall, we repent, we survive" If other's cant see that, that's on them. But dont beat yourself up too much. We can ALL learn to be a little kinder, a little more understanding, and give each other a little bit more grace.
You know what isn't anti behavior? Saying something wrong, being presented with new information, accepting said information, and going back on what you said before with a better understanding, and a changed mindset. You know what IS anti behavior? Harassing people for being imperfect.
Just wanna bring out this poll I saw today. Remember that antis are a small minority, they’re just loud and obnoxious. Most people don’t support harassing or shaming others over fiction.
