I started painting for the first time 6 years ago. My wife was in the hospital with a bad kidney infection during the height of Covid. Not a fun time. But on a whim I started slinging paint in my basement. It really helped. Don’t be afraid to try something new. It really can be healing.

the goal of becoming a "big band" is kind of a pointless and vague endeavor. big to who? your coworker? somebody online? there will always be people who have never heard of your band. now if you're trying to create a financially stable life doing music, that I can understand
