I have a mystery illness. Fever since last Wednesday. Last night I spiked to 104° Hospital and urgent care found no illnesses or anything wrong in labs. This thing isn’t backing down or leaving me alone.
Fever near 103° is this it? I’ve never gone this high. Something bad is happening
Exciting news. I just got accepted into the University of Illinois to continue my education and potentially on the path of a masters program in meteorology!! This is a certificate program in Weather and Climate Risk and Data Analytics which I hope to do well in and pursue a masters!

Last night an incredible CG barrage with fireflies lit up near Spalding Nebraska. Could not believe what was happening.
Well that’s a wrap on my 2026 chasecation. It had its highs, it had its lows. I got sick over the weekend so I stayed home the last two days. - 3 tornadoes - many CGs - Sprites - hail - great friends Maybe 2026 has more in store for me, we’ll see.
June Chasecation has seen a wide variety of storm chasing from me. From sprites, shelf clouds, tornadoes and structure… the last 10 days have been a great time. Looking forward to tomorrow in KS/NE. 🥂
