It took me a while to finish, but it Magnifica Humanitas is a worthwhile slow read. It might be a bit unspecific on action and (purposefully?) ignores how interacting with chatbots is replacing meditation and prayer, but it is a thorough political analysis and a forceful assertion of human agency.
