Shannon (They/Them) is Woke and Ghey and Loyal and Noisy

I'm just a soul whose intentions are good. Woke and ghey. Loyal and Noisy. Feral. My entire personality revolves around liking Our Flag Means Death. OFMD. Good Omens. WWDITS. Cryptid Factor. Comedy podcasts and panel shows. #RhysDarbyFaction
My mum, who knows I've been trying to get more physical media, given the state of downloads and streaming, texted me to let me know Sheep Detectives is coming out on DVD later this month. I love her. #RhysDarbyFaction
Ok, so. Did some stretching, and it helped a lot. I hate that "this thing that usually helps" actually helped. I don't mean hate, actually loved. But still, have to hate and neglect myself.
Jesus H. Christ, I need a backrub so bad. My muscles are so tight they're gonna snap like an overturned violin string.

So 1986 was not a good year for words. A lot of them are medical; especially related to HIV/AIDS. It's GOOD that we were developing words for these things, but they do not really contribute to vibes. Here's my best: Cocooning Deep dive FYI Internet Cringey

#12 I actually did enjoy most of the books I read in school, the main exceptions being A Tale of Two Cities and Wringer. I remember especially liking A Midsummer Night's Dream and Frankenstein.
Guess I'm doing this!
#3. Fantasy, especially comic fantasy. Give me Terry Pratchett, Piers Anthony, Jasper Fforde, or Terry Brooks. I also really like teen/YA fantasy like Percy Jackson.

So apparently the next step on my 'bitch, you are SO Stede-coded" journey is that I really like taking pictures of wildflowers? And going on walks to look at flowers? Anyway, have some flower pics.
it does actually sound like taylor farms and the white house teamed up to try and blame taco bell for the outbreak. unprecedented corruption
NEW: As cyclosporiasis cases jumped, the company linked to the outbreak - Taylor Farms - effectively delayed a recall that mounted in consumer confusion. Gift link for @business www.bloomberg.com/news/article...
I always wondered how Taco Bell won the Franchise Wars. Now I know. They won the people's hearts and minds by trying to do the right thing under bad circumstances and then were scapegoated by a corrupt and bigoted government. Now they're the People's Tacos & you can't buy PR like this.
"You have already left kudos here." Okay, but this time I am pronouncing it the British way instead of the American way. That counts, right?
My mum came up today to play Pokemon Go and hang out. Mum: After, do you want to go to Wendy's for lunch? Me: Can we go to Taco Bell? Mum: To support them? Me: Exactly. Even she gets it.
I hate to be that guy, but: Jimothy is NOT a cryptid. We have photo and video evidence of him from many credible sources. We know WHAT he is. We know WHY he looks that way. He ticks NO cryptid boxes except 'weird little guy." #CryptidKnight #CryptidFactor
Re: cyclospora, Taco Bell having ethics and going "you know what, it's always the fucking lettuce, why don't we just pull that until we know what's going on" resulting in all the outlets going "LETTUCE SOLD AT TACO BELL LINKED TO EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA" is a fantastic way to discourage ethics in future.
Jesus, I am collecting new words like Pokemon lately. "Tendentious" from an article about the birthright ruling. "Aroha" from a skeet about Sam Neill tributes. "Plectrum" from @citrussyndicate.bsky.social 's RBB. I am so well fed. Thanks. 🥰
See Cleveland? I am about 40 miles/64 kilometers south.
Let's check in on some Great Lakes air quality...
