Bret Worley, who married Caroline Wiles in June, runs a company that sells intoxicating hemp gummies & vapes with names like “Trainwreck.”

I was part of this outbreak response. It was an insane amount of work. It’s also worth noting that states are not getting any financial support from the federal government for this! In a normal world, the feds would provide money to cover contractors, OT, etc. We had to pay for it ourselves.
controlling measles outbreaks is extremely resource-intensive for health departments. the public health system is under a lot of stress in a lot of different places right now. that drives up costs too

AZ outbreak is more than 3x larger; Utah's is more than 7x larger. TX and SC are each 10x larger. Welcoming back measles is going to be very expensive. www.acpjournals.org/doi/10.7326/...

again I need to point out that Chuck Schumer is not only wrong on the substance but getting annihilated on the politics. He’s failing at the thing he (so wrongly) says is his top job. His leadership is unsustainable. That’s just simple fact at this point.

Like I talked about this recently but if there’s been one consistent straightforward truth of my sentient political lifetime it’s that the democratic base is anti-war. Iraq gave us Obama 08. Israel, Iran, Venezuela et al is giving us this. Not everything is that complex.

There's a memorial plaque for her outside the emergency department to this day. I wrote and re-wrote my will. I will never forgive these ghouls trying to rewrite history and deny our experience.
