Sen. @booker.senate.gov blocked an attempt to strip Gray Wolves of their federal protections! Yesterday, Sen. Johnson tried to pass the Pet and Livestock Protection Act by unanimous consent. Booker objected, stopping the bill from advancing. It’s an important win but the fight continues!

Notice DOJ doesn't talk about its efforts to obtain state voter files anymore. They are 0-20 in those cases and today is the beginning of the quiet period -- states can no longer do systematic removals of names from the voter rolls. TLDR: We won!🥳

The idea that a war only exists if there are casualties does not appear in the text of the Constitution. Nor does it appear in Madison’s notes on the Constitutional convention debates. Nor is there evidence it was discussed in ratification debates. It is made up.

Whitehouse on Blanche and Ghislaine Maxwell: "It was to get exculpatory information about Donald Trump and then reward her ... How often does a prisoner allegedly facing threats or danger get moved to a less secure facility? Think about it. It doesn't pass the test of common sense."
This is pretty straightforward, and it's weird to me that people are against it.
