Don't you dare turn your eyes away from history, even the awful, scary parts. If you don't watch it with your own eyes, you rely on others to tell you what you saw. We must all bear witness to what's coming
or play a ttrpg. or a sport. Just go do something with actual people in the real world just for a little bit, please. This nonstop exposure to a constant stream of 26 million consciousnesses is not what the human brain was designed for or is remotely equipped to handle
