In light of everything happening with Trump and the ongoing trade tensions, I’m making a conscious effort to BUY CANADIAN. But sometimes it’s not always obvious what products, brands and services are actually Canadian. So let’s help each other out. Drop your recommendations in the comments!

Almost a year has passed since one of the founders of @coffeeoutside.bsky.social passed away. Thx to Dr M and his fellow bike buddy Glenn and all the work they did nurturing the group, it’s still flourishing & new faces continue to show up every Friday & that’s pretty forking magical if you ask me.
Today, my husband @peterskinner.bsky.social reminded me of my worth. ❤️ The Chanel Bag Theory Maybe the Chanel Bag Theory isn’t about the bag at all. Maybe I’m the Chanel bag. 😉 Not everyone can afford me. Not everyone will understand my value. And not everyone gets to have me.
We had a great time the first time around. If you’d like to join YEG’s Boozy Book Club for our next meet up on September 16th, please reach out.
6 years ago, my mom put on a mask for the first time. She saw someone else wearing the mask and had to have it. It certainly showcased her personality. I miss her and her sense of humour.
What a great time at the inaugural Boozy Book Club meet up!
Today @roguenerdone.com is setting up my new laptop and monitors so I can be ready for job hunting and interviews. I love that I have an in house IT department. ❤️ This is a big week for me. I have two second interviews. Send me all the good vibes. 😎
I ate a 100% fruit mango popsicle. 20 minutes later, I had an allergic reaction. While looking this up online I found out that because I’m allergic to latex, I probably have something called Latex Fruit Syndrome.
There’s a tree outside my bedroom window. It’s a rather large chestnut tree that looks like it was probably planted around the time my tiny little wartime bungalow was built in 1943. Every morning I wake early as I start to hear all of the little birds sing. It’s like a built in alarm.

There are moments you don't realize are happening until someone else captures them. ❤️ I wasn't looking. I was laughing, talking, completely unaware. But this photo caught something I never get to see... the way this man looks at me.
