since the Prine Fans are out, here's a story. I got really obsessed with Prine during covid. Fell in love with his song The Lonesome Friends of Science; played it a lot at home. My kids bonded to it. This year, my 13yo chose it as her song to introduce to her classmates. 😭😭😭

i read as many books as i can find time to read and if they are non-fiction, i read with pencil in hand. some books occasionally have points worth underlining. some are non stop worthwhile points. Who's Afraid of Gender is the latter, i have underlined so much of this book!

i am on day 3 of being in intense flow while writing and it's great. i have also been formulating all of these ideas for a solid year, so maybe the key to getting into flow is build up a reservoir of ideas, then break the dam. so to speak.
