Katsael's are subtle, physically, but in Aether-vision, imagine a seizure-inducing mass of flickering rainbow static launching at you and unraveling all your DNA. Starfall starts with cussing like a sailor and it keeps escalating until Hell's frozen over. #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #fanfiction

They still had not forgiven her and probably wouldn’t for a long time. “Believe it or not, you’re one of the few people left in Creation who still has the gall to nag me.” “It’s unsanitary, Katsael!” she shook her head. “And you were supposed to meet Thancred and-” “That was your cue to leave it.” The Au Ra growled through grit teeth. Their claws were flexing and twitching in time with their tail. Krile simply clammed up, frowned, and went back to her office. Their aether and dynamis were still unstable months later, and Y'shtola’s eyes widened at the sudden tangled mass of colorful noise that was invisible to everyone else. She broke in to defuse them.“THAT. HURT. YOU. MOTHER. FUCKING. SACK. OF. CAMEL. SHIT.” Violet screeched at Ancano. Each word was a wisp that made a dull ‘CRACK!’ across the Thalmor’s forehead to keep him stunned and clutching his forehead. ‘And she still has that mouth.’ Kaidan groaned, leaned against the wall, and tried not to draw attention to his snickering. His ribs jolted pain up his side with every little shake of air. ‘She’s still Starfall.’ Her roar brought several pieces of the ceiling down. “IIZ WULD!” Before Ancano could recover and back away from her and the Eye of Magnus, Starfall was already in his face, and then he was hit by an avalanche and crushed. There wasn’t even any air or time to scream.

Ravi turned away and started swearing quietly in Rhelin, and he didn't stop until Monte broke in with, "I don't know that one."
