on the new Final Fantasy Resonance game cool SE is making a classic HD-2D FF, even though I'm not a fan of HD-2D reason being I hope SE makes some new 3D "Pre-Rendered HD" style games again we really only got FF7, 8, and 9 in that style. A few more would be amazing! #videogames #finalfantasy 🎮

wonder what the redesign for Hyrule Field will be in OoT Remake? Playing it recently it does feel small when compared to modern games when I was a kid it felt HUGE, but actually the Sand Kingdom in Mario Odyssey is probably bigger lol I mean I hope they don't completely blow it out 🎮 #videogames

added coyote time and jump queuing to Subatomix recently and found this fun bug can pretty easily super jump if you spam the jump button really really fast. like Mario Party fast it's actually kinda fun...? #screenshotsaturday #indiegamedev #gamedev 🎮

I was talking to a lawyer about AI, and he told me that there's super strict rules in law, where if you use generative AI that cites cases that don't exist, you can get disbarred and lose your license to practice anyway so what if game dev had a license, where if you- [gets hit over the head]

I'm stoked they revealed the third part of FF7 remake. I won't say the remakes are perfect, but I've had a very enjoyable time playing parts 1 & 2 Most importantly I'm glad they now have the actual weapons. Thought about it recently and hoped they would evolve from their whale versions in part 2
Finally implemented level select in Subatomix. I was not looking forward to this but quite enjoyed it actually. Already had most of the code from other menus. Testing specific levels should also be much easier now. In future projects I'll implement this sooner. #gamdev #indiegamedev 🎮
