the game industry still has such a problem with women, except these days, it hides behind plausible deniability. “she was difficult.” (she had burnout) “she wanted too much.” (she asked for mat leave) “but we’re so diverse!” (we hire women and treat them badly, but it’s not our fault they leave)

When I suggested making a #Wishmas page to the Rhythm Doctor Lounge team, I didn't know what a reasonable goal was so we set ours at $1,000 by 2027. Our incredible community has already donated half of that in less than 24 hours. I've already cried twice today, y'all are incredible.
