So, this weekend has taken so many unexpected turns... What do you mean it's only Friday?

Me feelings on the Sift being announced is just, "duh". It's like... more or less what I was expecting. Now, Ice Caves, I have wanted ever since we got cave biomes. That's cool! Hope they give us an expanded block palette for calcite and ice, though.

In Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew (2005), Max attemps to assassinate Lucario through poisoning. This is because Max has secretly been evil all along. He can't keep getting away with this.

New reports about the upcoming live-action NINJAGO movie indicates a LEGO SMART Brick has been cast as Zane Julien. We tried to reach the SMART Brick for a comment, but all we got were incomprehensible 8-bit sounds.

Iron First S2 would be so much better if Danny was directed like he was in Luke Cage S2. Instead it feels like he has regressed both in terms of growth and to terrible directing. Danny's weird vibe kinda works in S1's story, but here it only feels poor.

This by CNN is genuinely reprehensible. Everyone involved should be embarrassed. -The 'new pain' case vs Mamdani is *solely* his religion. -He was in NYC on 9/11, at grade school -Soon after attack GWB himself gave famous speech warning against blaming all Muslims for terrorism -25 yrs later, this.

Twenty-five years after the mayor of New York City became the champion of America's grief and resilience at the time of the 9/11 attacks, families of those killed are split on whether the current mayor should attend the annual remembrance. https://cnn.it/4zkKYdc

IDs for the new metalized / chrome LEGO colors! 486 is gold, found in set 43020 released in March. 487 is the equivalent silver color, found in 77260 released this month. No official names for these yet. Supposedly they are using a new manufacturing process. Hope to see them appearing in more sets!

All three of the BIONICLE titans/warriors of 2007 have asymmetric feet. (They are actually built the same, problem is, they are not mirrored.)

It's amazing how they cast Mamoru Miyano as a Gundam pilot just for worldbuilding in a story about an ordinary high school kid.

The full interview, from the August 2000 issue of Animerica. Featuring a rare, cowboy hat-less headshot of McNeil.

"I think Witch Hat Atelier is better than Frieren"... is what I want to say, but they're not even remotely trying to do the same thing. I prefer the far less-derivative fantasy of Witch Hat Atelier, and of course I love serialized mysteries.

Bionicle is back baby

It's pronounced 'data', btw

Getting some 3D views would probably be beneficial for this but, eh.

At this point, Brand New Day might be the last Marbel movie I watch.

Watching someone play FRLG and seeing how slow the HP bar moves ... The most agonizing thing for me about SV is that the battle screens take too long (for some reason slower than prior games), I'm not sure I can handle Gen III.

People buying farmable super credits in Helldivers 2 is basically like crowdfunding for everyone to get free updates.

Me: Factual statement, with a source to back it up. Reddit users: Well you're wrong because that's not my opinion (also I didn't actually read what you said). It's just like how X is like Y. (X is not like Y.)

Google, Meta, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft. None of them should be allowed to continue to exist in their current forms. It's been ridiculous growing up and seeing people be bootlickers to Apple or MS or giving their all to Google or Meta.

And thank god because the original releases were impossible to get your hands on.

One decade after it was released, LEGO NINJAGO’s Dark Island comics will be gathered into one trilogy later this year with new cover art. www.brickfanatics.com/lego-ninjago... #LEGO #LEGONINJAGO #LEGONews

Surfing Pikachu aren't in the games because Cramorant hunted them to extinction.

@docwyattbeyond.bsky.social Tormak and Ras are both tigers from the Wyldness, but they look pretty different. Are they descended from the same Tiger Tribe, or were there multiple, separate Tiger Tribes?

It's perfect.

Out of nearly 100 qrts, there was EXACTLY one that rightfully called out this article as clickbait and provided a contextual screenshot of what they actually meant This isn't Gen AI, nor is it a misinformed executive. It's the same team that weathered the CGI boom saying they're ready for round two

Aardman Animations will ’embrace AI’ while also being ‘cautious’, says Nick Park

Now that this set is definitely not coming out, this is the parts list for 71501 Game Island Tower from LEGO DREAMZzz. This inventory was only accessible on the ICT for a brief period. Actually big enough that I need to split this in two. Wonder how much BSKY will compromise these. :)

Since the cat has been out of the bag now for a while, many of the inventories I have posted have been from the inventory comparison tool on BrickLink: www.bricklink.com/v3/inventory...

People really like calling things "leaked" when it's just taken from publically accessible records. Does the word "leak" generate more clicks? Has the word "leak" lost its meaning too? Probably.

Marshadow is a guide/watcher for Ho-Oh's "champion". Zarude is born from an egg brought from the future by Celebi. Zeraora... exists in the same movie as Lugia. There's certainly ideas in Zeraora but how does it relate to Lugia? I know that it should because that's the gimmick of this mythical trio.

Because I haven't seen anyone say this yet, the last figure that people can't seem to pinpoint I am convinced is Young Master Chen. If you look at the rest of the selection and compare the hairline with the graphic novels. Chen is a crucial character to the Serpentine War story. :)
