wreathed on AO3, wreathedwith on tumblr. lying under the table together with you. (30s, she/her.)

I'd really like to stay in the ethical and good work/life balance sector(s) I know and have experience in, but unfortunately it seems only evil companies are hiring

joined the gym (because I promised myself I would if I got oasis standing tickets. because I've been putting it off for 9 months). I will go to the gym tomorrow. I WILL go to the gym tomorrow. Even if it's only for 15 minutes.

neglecting relationships with friends and family and also work because I've been too busy this week becoming the lead spreadsheet guy & coordinator in a 20-person strong war on t1cketmaster

Every so often I want to go back to a specific long-prev fandom and yesterday it was Life on Mars (it's still Manchester hours I guess) and if Sam Tyler had an accident today he'd wake up in 1993? what the heck?

I was prepared for this because I looked at how fics were doing! But because my fic was long(er) and it's part of a fandom event posting one fic a day, people are behind and haven't had the time so have far fewer comments than usual. So far. Hopefully.

Have completed a 15 thousand word fic, which I know is not THAT long but is the longest fic I've ever written, except for an 18k one that I finished in 2009 when I was mumble a lot younger than now

was excited to get my glasses then realised I've fucked up was thinking about a load of other fit and style things but they go up higher than my eyebrows they're not meant to do that. very annoyed!

OBSESSED with the fade out and in bit and the guitar of the intro of Some Girls Are Bigger Than Others. What an earworm. Yes that's right I've decided 2026 is the time to get into The Smiths

watched Broadcast News last night for the first time and went looking for diabolical OT3 after and there is NONE, cancelling AO3 now (there are only two fics and both of them crossovers with the focus on the other property)

well now I'm just depressed as hell. culture war killing people because people are bored and angry on their phones. British press once again culpable for death. Cambridge of course useless

One of the sad things about the death of writing is that we are going to be taking life advice primarily from visually attractive people now who don’t know shit. ideally you want the world filtered through awkward homunculi filled with rage who know the plural of homunculus
