You've always had to email customer service to request a price match to free. This year you have to battle an AI chatbot and then yell at customer service for a week.

ok but what if she's a normal 30 yo woman with sciatica & he's a not-completely-sane murderer for hire in the half-world that links the human world to the fae world, and it's enemies to friends to lovers? oh yeah & everyone's australian + there's a gothic nightmare teahouse w/occasional tentacles?
brain is convinced that "should" is the word instead of "shoulder" (like an early version, eg "naught" instead of "naughty") and keeps on insisting on typing it instead of "shoulder" in case you wanted to know how the writing is going todya
