Well, apparently I'll get a new AC unit TOMORROW. I fucking hope so. Like it's a heatwave and I never bother my apartment for anything nor do am I a bad tenant. It was 110F today and 96F inside my apartment.

So maintenance kicked the shit out of it. Literally. They got it to start cooling but the motor is eating shit so they're going to replace the unit first thing in the morning and flush the lines out.
