My #book #reading issue is once I have read about twenty pages i can’t DNF it and have to finish it. Even if the book is long, boring and not enjoyable (to me) The brain is a marvelous place isn’t it?

Why is it with #libby holds, the #books becoming available, it is either no #book ready for you to check out or ALL your books available NOW? I just want it spaced out, so I can enjoy one book at a time. Excuse me, I have to go three books need to be #read quickly before they get returned.

How you enjoy a #book shouldn’t matter ! Anyone who says how you read #stories matter and that you need a physical book to truly appreciate it because of the cover art, weight of the paper and actually turning the pages. They are WRONG! What matter is you enjoy the book! End of story.

So strange that the #Paralympic opening ceremony is being held somewhere that most athletes can’t access, while the ceremony is about accessibility. (Also unlike the opening this ceremony is being held no where near the events )

Hey #books people, have you ever read a #book where the writing is Captivating, the characters are interesting but the story itself is predictable and doesn’t live up to the other aspects of the book? 

I guess #CBC is making up for all the commercials they did not play during the events … yeah, I did not want to watch the closing ceremony of the #Olympics . I rather watch two seconds of it before the next five same commercials #sarcasm (I am still grateful for the cbc gem to be able to watch )

Still one of my fav #boardgames is hitting the table today , wasteland express an older game by @pandasaurusgames.com publisher #boardgame

Up early to watch ski mountaineering at the #Olympics , while I don’t understand the race and it reminds me of a marble run, I do like that NOT littering is part of the #sport

Sign I might have an issue with my #Olympics addiction, I am setting an alarm so I can get up to watch #speedskating at 5am! Go #sport ! I know NOTHING about except the #cbc announcer describing it as knifes on feet. I LOVE that announcer!

Have you ever been torn when #reading a #book between wanting to #read slowly to savor the #story and wanting to speed read so you can find out how the characters come out in the end?? I am having that problem with @nicole-glover.com book the starseekers

Both science fiction #books I have signed out from the #library lately (thanks Libby) have been a quick DNF, I don’t know if it turns out I don’t like #reading #scifi or I don’t like books that make you feel like you missed a bunch of chapters or maybe I just need some good #book recommendations?

Every boardgame on BGA, I get a choice of either read the instructions or just click things and see what happens. I ALWAYS choice to just click things , i might lose so many games that way but why not always choice chaos?

How is one expected to shovel the snow if your out of mini marshmallows for your hot chocolate when you come inside?????
