wow actually folks I would seriously avoid getting excited for the new "Third" Ecco the Dolphin game, seems he's all in on both Crypto/NFTs and AI bullshit... if you want a third Ecco game without his involvement they already released on Dreamcast and PS2.

I'm in the early stages of my video digital processor, the two windows represent the small LCD screens I will eventually be using for my Z80 computer. I am testing a rotation function. I plan to incorporate "software" rendering through a RP2040.

Coding is still an artform. As I been toying with codex, using it to critique my code and generate boilerplate based on some of my existing works, it's great at mimicking my style or finding algorithms, but holy crap is it terrible sometimes.

Computers like ENIAC once consumed immense power and filled rooms. Today, devices vastly more powerful fit in our pockets. I see AI following a similar path and wonder what its critics will think when that technology is pocket-sized too.

There are many social networks out there where I can get lots of engagement. I am not against paying for X but my engagement on threads, and mastodon, heck even bluesky has been way better for free. I may reconsider but for now let's see where I go in those places.

Working on the CPU1 memory subsystem today. Using a 3-to-8 line decoder for memory selection. The ROM is actually 64K, but only the lower 32K is visible for now. The upper 32K will be added later through bank switching. One step closer to first boot. #Zenadi #Z80 #HomebrewComputer
