They don't do transphobic jokes now and even went back and removed a number of transphobic jokes and ones that could be seen as transphobic from the MP3s from their early days. Not their early VOD days since that was too expensive to do, but I can understand that.
The only ethical HP stuff you can buy now are the Rifftrax MP3s mocking the films since Rifftrax is an entirely independent company, riffed them years before her bigotry was known, and one of the Rifftrax guys, Bill Corbett, is the loving and supportive parent of a trans person.
Don't just send the studio the message to drop Harry Potter; send that message to yourself. Drop it. Go ahead and mourn it if you loved it, but you have to be the first one impacted by your consumer choice
I think an important part of the process of declaring something toxic is to declare it to yourself
this is a common question and the answer is that a lot of companies actually do track piracy numbers when it comes to gauging interest in an IP so if you really want to send the message that Harry Potter is toxic: no, you should not pirate it either

in fact it is easier for many people to disconnect from rowling than musk - I used to drive a 2015 tesla and I got rid of it but that required buying an entirely new car getting rid of my harry potter books was much less expensive!
it's not an exaggeration to say that jk rowling is the world's most powerful and prominent transphobe outside of elon musk it's easy to not buy a tesla and it's easy to not watch the harry potter tv show
