Transform Fiction news! We've read through everything and selected the stories we'd like to publish! The next step is to organise which editor is assigned to which story. Afterwards, I'll be contacting everyone that's submitted a story — hopefully by the end of the week!

I'm pulling together ideas for my next book. Mostly reflecting on Phase Three (and my creative process) for what worked and didn't. I really enjoy multimedia projects — this time, I'm considering a card game (for worldbuilding). Lino prints too. Things that make the setting feel more real.

I finished reading "FINNA", written by Nino Cipri, and it was wonderful. My type of inventive sci-fi with the perfect blend of silliness, vivid ideas, and queerness; with plenty of digs at capitalism. Highly recommended for anyone who's ever been lost in IKEA.

Tomorrow is your last day to submit a story to our first issue (after the pilot!) of Transform Fiction, a zine of TF-themed stories! Next month, the team will be busy reading submissions and selecting what to publish, so expect a response in a few weeks time. Exciting! #furrywriting

I'm planning a book-turned-multimedia project and (primarily because a key aspect of the lore is a turing-complete video game) I'm turning my hand to making a turn-based card game. Very fun to create. No idea if it'll be fun to play!

Every now and then I get asked about my story icons. I recommend: (1) using vector software, like Affinity [I'm still on designer 1.0] and; (2) exporting 32 pt text @ 400x400 pixels, no idea why, but it seems to work! For context, I just throw them together, here's a screenshot of my canvas : S

But when the sun sets…huh? Is that the Crimson Paw!? My outfit combined a catsuit adapted from Catasta Charisma and some custom gauntlets (wrist and ankle) to mimic wraps. I also made a belt with bags and a hood which looks meh and needs iterating on. Still, improving with each thing I make!

Working on a wacky project combining written passages with sketches from my partner, telling a furry multiverse-skipping story. Silly quantum sci-fi done right, I hope. It contains anthro hares! Excited to share this soon!

Thanks to @nyhgault.bsky.social's TF Curiosity panel on popular themes, I now appreciate why I'm often asked to write: (1) turning into dragons; (2) magical curses being involved and/or; (3) a collar being the trigger. No complaints from me, I feel like I've been given a secret recipe.

Last weekend, I revealed the fursuit partial I've been busily working on. Diane Foxington! My first time fursuiting (at confuzzled no less!) was so special and the attention Diane got was spectacular! Thank you so much!
