Happy the snakes are safely moved to my parent’s house. Apparently my buyer’s solicitor has gone awol so contract exchange this week is looking a bit shaky 😭 All I can do is keep moving my things out, chip at my workload and try not to have a full on menty-b 🫠

It seems like utter witchcraft to me that people move the contents of entire houses in a single day. I’ve been at this for weeks and still probably under 50% cleared 🫠🫠🫠

Had to order yet more packing boxes. This flat has turned out to be an absolute Tardis of stuff, I thought it was visually messy but turns out there’s twice as many things crammed into every available storage space 🫠

I’m just getting so sick with anxiety about my stalling move progress that I’m trying to keep working through a near constant panic attack now 🙁

Temperature creeping up, I turn on my desk fan, all my pattern pieces fly around the room. Turns the fan off and prepares to bake 🫠

Anyway the last time I was working in my main workroom during a heatwave it was borderline unbearable and really messing with the tasks I was trying to achieve. I’ll try to plan my tasks around the worst days this week so I can work in the cooler rooms or garage

I watched the 2026 Masters of the Universe movie last night and considering how disinterested I am in things like the Marvel/DC films, I had a really great time with it! A joyful nostalgic hit with great visuals and action, humour actually largely hits more than it misses, and a great Skeletor ❤️

Finally getting round to trying some sketches using my Body-chan and Body-kun models. They are seriously neat and really helpful in trying to get better anatomy/perspective into my work! ❤️
