I need people to thoroughly comprehend how far gone certain segments of the population are. If you're still dreaming of having conversations and reaching across the aisle, you are naive in a way that getting people killed. For those still reachable, I'm okay with that. Good on them. Late, but still.
There's a thing I dream about, but I know damn fucking well it won't happen. Which I'm already at peace with. But it sucks I have to remind myself that it won't happen. It's a bit exhausting.
