Did you know tater tots were created to stop food waste? In the 1950s, Ore-Ida founders Nephi & Golden Grigg needed a use for leftover potato scraps from french fry production. They mixed the scraps with spices, shaped them in plywood molds, and invented the Tater Tot.

Depends. Both my grandparents were working on the land with their hands at some time but my grandfather was a teacher as his "real" job, and my grandmother happily ruled the kitchen, making preserves, jams, quince jelly, pickled stuff. So there are "avenues", as it were.

Farming. Or... Farming. My dad was the first of his family to go to college (G.I. Bill, no less). The farm my mom was born on is still a going concern and still in the family.

Heather in the original "Blair Witch Project." None of that was scripted. She turned in a superb *improvised* performance and was hated for it. And the directors/producers pocketed the profits and left her (and the other actors) with nothing.
