WPBL broadcasts have gotten so much better since opening weekend. Stronger commentary, stronger production, still great baseball. I really wish there were better ways for me to keep track of the league when I can’t watch though. Somebody please give me WPBL live activities.

"It's just sports," "It will only affect a few people," & "It'll also be used against cis women" are, IMHO, all equally not-great takes on today's SCOTUS ruling, just different angles. The Supreme Court ruled it's okay to discriminate against a certain class of people. Full stop. That is a horror.

Here's why you should care about the trans athletes case today: Because if discrimination on the basis of gender identity doesn't violate equal protection, trans people can be segregated, outed, denied medical care, denied housing, denied jobs, and excluded by the government.

I learned today that one of my dear friends, Lyra, has passed away due to an illness. It was 29. I will miss it so much. Lyra was incredibly kind, caring, & friendly. We could talk both about silly computer things & deep trans stuff, and go deep with both. It will always have a place in my heart. 🧡

Since then, as my close friends could tell you, I have really blossomed, becoming more of who I want to be. Visibility is freeing. I'm so glad I don't have to hide myself anymore 🏳️‍⚧️🧡
