#MontyPython Live (Mostly): One Down, Five to Go, 2014. I'm glad they did this final reunion, even if it was because they owed some royalties. It couldn't have happened any later with Terry Jones' developing illness. Some nice moments of corpsing too. A great way to draw a line, farewell Mr Python.
Not Tonight, Darling! 1971. Luan Peters does her best with this but only has walking around shops looking bored for some of it. The husband is total drip, and dirty as he doesn't wash in the morning. Definitely an example of 70s grot but a very chaste orgy with Peter's doing most baring.
8/8/26 #DoctorWho rewatch Human Nature / Family of Blood. Very different to the book but perfect for the era of the show that was confident in basically sidelining the main character for 3 episodes in a row but keeping audience engaged. I do think Smith's hair should have been combed down though!
Having watched 137 eps of Doctor in the House to Doctor on the Go 7 years ago I've finally started Doctor at the Top. I was fascinated by timeline. They now talk about 25 years ago as students which in 1991 was 1966 but House didn't start til 69. In Doctor at Sea, 1974, they were students in 1964!
Cleaned up stills of Carol Cleveland from #MontyPython team's 1971 Birdseye frozen peas film. Currently watching the 2009 6 part documentary which is great except for 2 things. They completely skip over Complete and Utter History of Britain and that **** Russell Brand is on it talking total crap.
