I’ve just done the most cartoonishly heroic act of my life wtf. I had to wade into a pond and through a thicket of reeds to rescue a kitten that some dipshit teenagers had brought to the park and which then promptly escaped.

For any London mutuals or friends of friends who shoot film photos, I have these two huge contraptions to develop and scan them that I want to get some more use out of and more chemicals than I can get through on my own. I’d love to let you use them or teach you to develop your own film.

A desk with a copy stand and camera set up for film scanning and a rotary film processor beside it.A black and white photograph of three triangular church windows with light gently spilling through them.A black cat with green eyes perching on the top of a brick wall. It is staring down the barrel of the camera lens.A black and white photograph of South London’s skyline.

It seems wild to me that for all the war movies there are poignantly dealing with the plight of teenage men being forced into brotherhood forged in battle in wars they had no desire for, there are so few movies about mutiny, celebrating desertion and sabotage.

At this point there's really nothing new to say. We've been doing this for years, it's aggressively clear. She's the world's most prominent transphobe. Engaging in Harry Potter as a franchise supports her. She has explicitly said that she views that support as approval of her views.

“J.K. Rowling has a right to express her personal views. We will remain focused on the development of the new series, which will only benefit from her involvement." She does. But those views are harming trans people, and JK Rowling should face consequences for that. variety.com/2024/tv/news...
