Hello I'm a furry, amateur artist, car enthusiast/urbanest (eg I like cars but not their dominance on infrastructure), and a rail enthusiast. (18 years old)

Nintendo Switch 2? Looks like you need to switch 2 another console, or better yet, switch 2 a better form of government so that your games, and your eggs don't cost 300 smackers. you've got egg on your face, from when the president smacked you, so face the music. Wii Music.

This is what oligarchy is about. While planning massive cuts to Medicaid, the Republicans are proposing to provide another $235 billion in tax breaks to the top 0.2% of households through an increase in the estate tax exemption. The very rich get richer. The poor lose health care. Outrageous.

Workers are not asking to get rich. They just want to afford three meals a day. In the richest country in the history of the world, no one should work for starvation wages. It is time to raise the disgraceful $7.25/hr federal minimum wage to a living wage of AT LEAST $17/hr.

Lawyers have a duty to defend our Constitution. It is an absolute outrage that, in order to curry favor with Trump and continue making their billions, giant law firms like Paul Weiss have abrogated their responsibilities. Thanks to those defending democracy. We will remember.

More than 500 law firms rally behind embattled peers, declaring that Trump’s crackdown on the legal industry poses “a grave threat to our system of constitutional governance and to the rule of law itself.” But none of the top 20 firms join. www.nytimes.com/2025/04/04/b...

Stay strong. For us, this is more than just a job-it’s a calling. Together, we will stand to protect our parks, environment, and wildlife. Four years… we remain hopeful that the attack on our public lands will be less brutal this time.

Y'all I'm scared. Today trump's taken office, it feel like there's a looming dark cloud above the us that's not going to pass anytime soon, I keep telling myself things will get better but I don't know if they will. I should be worried about my grades being a student not about my safety as a person.
