I’m seeing a huge uptick of maga edgelord accounts on this app today 1/8/26. Report the particularly nasty comments but for the most part, blocking and ignoring is the best strategy IMO
The US administration is staffed entirely by bigots, streamers, Z-tier TV personalities and wannabe influencers who thrive on performative and spectacular cruelty, and their opposition is led by people whose sole steadfast belief is that good politics is contingent upon those people’s participation.
SNAP is not the reason your taxes are high. SNAP recipients don’t need to “just go get a job”. Most of them work. The rest are disabled, elderly, children or caregivers. People need & deserve assistance Your taxes fund wars and tax cuts for the ultra rich Be mad about that

Geese “3D Country” is easily my favorite album of 2023. These kids from New York crafted a stellar fusion of jazzy funk, energetic post hardcore (kinda like those other Brooklynites Barkmarket) and occasional bursts of screaming lunacy. Never boring always surprising. Can’t wait for their next one
