I built a fun little Chrome extension that lets plants invade your abandoned tabs the longer you leave them unread. To access them again, you have to slash through the vines 🪚🌿

Through powerful stellar winds, these young glittering stars at the center pushed away most of the gas from which they were born, creating this central void that offers a ghostly appearance in this Hubble image of LHA 129-N44. Credit: ESA, NASA, D. Gouliermis. 🔭

A dense field of stars surrounded by wispy clouds of gas and dust. Pale blue and grey clouds form an intricate web across the scene, with darker clouds of dust concentrated toward the lower right. Numerous bright stars appear in shades of blue, white, and orange. The background of space, clearest at the left, middle, and edges, is black.

back then i drowned myself in seas of dew-soaked orchard grass tar-papered tomorrows rotting square-nailed walls corroding where the only pane still left with fly-specked glass reflected a deep-blue sky deepening to bronze once i thought that was the future outlined in ink on slick paper #poetry

one last squeeze of summer drips over yellowed trees running red in a fast flood of fallen leaves before cold complete comes calling in a sullen wind i am not ready for this winter for another winter closed close my toes pale with cold folded inside i cover my nakedness next to the fire #poetry

I have a longer poem stalled…and a rewrite heading there. I rarely edit poetry. Perhaps the issue? Or perhaps this is pain and the fever messing with me. Maybe I should to stick to very short poetry. finding next morning a shattered moth waits this history of our own imagining #tanka #poetry

onigiri a ghost skipped aboard not from this latitude we gave if a bottomless ladle watched it drink and drink thirst unquenched 'this sea is all history,' the laugh painted thin 'no escape the current carries you forward and back again past is future' someone said she looked like me #poetry
