The Trump admin claims it found 20,000 possible noncitizens on the voting rolls in California and is seeking a court order forcing the state to segregate every ballot sent to those individuals. Remember what happened the last time they made wild claims like this? DHS has ZERO credibility here.

From 16,000 to 185 to Zero:
Trump's Claims of Illegal Voting in
Nevada Fizzle.
It was the Trump administration's latest stumble in its effort to find proof of widespread noncitizen voting, despite decades of evidence that it is extremely rare.

🚨BREAKING: DOJ sued California on Thursday just moments after the 48-hour deadline it gave election officials to review an unverified list of thousands of alleged noncitizens the Trump administration claims are illegally registered to vote. www.democracydocket.com/news-alerts/...

Aye! It’s at 48%! Keep sharing and supporting. I think about all the millions organizations have made on the backs of those who took the streets. It’s shame they have to crowdfund for resources. But here we are so let’s give what we can.

It’s *interesting* to read that six days ago the Trump admin told a federal judge it was working to “facilitate” Ahmed Soliman’s return to the US…then watch ICE removal planes fly right by the island where he’s being held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and probably again tonight. www.npr.org/2026/10/09/g...

The Trump administration on Friday said it has started to facilitate the return to the U.S. of an Egyptian man who was deported to Equatorial Guinea, in a rare case of the government working to reverse a third-country deportation.
A federal judge in Arizona earlier this week ordered the Department of Homeland Security to return Ahmed Soliman to the U.S. from the country in central Africa where he has no ties, and respond how it plans to do SO.
The administration said it is working
"collaboratively" with Soliman's lawyers to find and contact him, and is "beginning the process to facilitate" his return, according to Friday's filings in the case from Timothy Courchaine, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona. An FR24 map showing N700KW fly right by Malabo on the evening of October 13.An FR24 map showing N62FF fly past Malabo over mainland Africa on Wednesday evening An FR24 map showing N352BH flying over the middle of the Atlantic Ocean toward Dakar, Senegal. I have drawn a dotted line across the continent in red toward its expected destination (Kenya) to show that it is probably going to fly right past Malabo as well.

Being GenX/Millennial is such a trip. In our lifetimes, we saw people our age getting wild criminal penalties for pirating music and now have to sit and watch as companies gobble up our work with impunity.

Anyone who has been paying attention has known for years that Trump will not leave power voluntarily. This time, he has installed loyalists atop all of the agencies that refused to support him in 2020. That means we need strategies to exert leverage via direct action. crimethinc.com/TurningTide

2. An administration that does this does not intend to relinquish power. It's dictator behavior. Non-MAGA Americans would do well to start thinking about how to institute political change in a post-legal, post-electoral environment. Serius est quam cogitas.

The question major outlets have yet to really engage with, isn’t why are the French students protesting. But rather, why are the rest of us not taking to the streets, forming barricades, and burning down the institutions of elite oppression. Solidarity 🖤🏴❤️ www.theguardian.com/world/2026/o...

France’s students are angry about more than crumbling classrooms and missing teachers

Beneath a wave of school protests in France lies an altogether more existential worry: the future prospects of an entire generation

With a new $100 million domestic spy program, ICE aims to map your social relationships. The goal is not just to terrorize immigrants, but to repress all dissent. As the Democrats look to return to office, we must make it clear that anyone who does not oppose this by all means is an accomplice.

It's fun to learn about Christine Drazan's supporters. David and Monica Jarrett are hosting a campaign rally for Drazan next Wednesday at their Mountain View Golf Course in Boring. They inherited the golf course and Columbia Brick Works, which was a 100 acre operation along the Johnson Creek.

Picture of an old newspaper article.

Columbia Brick Works buyer optimistic. After remodeling, Mutual Materials President Kick Houlihan expects an annual production of 40,000 tons. Gresham - Columbia Brick Works at 2300 SE Hogan Road has been sold by owner Ed Jarrett to Mutual Materials Co of Bellevue, Wash. The sale price for the 100-acre site and plant was $2.07 Million, according to Multnomah County records...

...Columbia was founded in 1906 by Albert O()birch and sold to Jarrett in 1973 by Franz O()birch. Jarrett moved to Oregon in 1968 from Pittsburgh where he helped construct brick work throughout the world for Pullman Inc. In 198() he used a state-backed $7.5 million revenue bond to modernize the plant.
Unlike other brick producers, Columbia's 100-acre tract has its own clay mining operation...Middle-age white man and woman.
