I think maybe people haven't done this because: 1. Starting co-ops are hard, especially internationally 2. It's a bad time: component prices are high 3. It's a bad time: LLMs are becoming small enough to run on beefy PCs, we might not need "AI mainframes" anymore soon for daily tasks
