Nuggets have been sinking into the paint so deep and contesting pretty darn late. Probably overhelping on non scoring bigs honestly.
Legitimate rebounding issue for the Nuggets so far. Don't know now much of that is communication related vs. size issue vs. just not being comfortable with each other yet. But it's a real problem.
Nuggets have started well enough but it doesn't look great. There's clearly so much better the team can get. So much of the offense is still a step too slow, or a step rushed, or just a little bit off. Defense is even more of a wip right now. Too many open threes, physicality isn't there yet.
Jamal Murray looks so good right now. Getting to his spots, getting past people, getting it to guys in the right spot, competing on defense. Just excellent.

Davion Mitchell being this good since coming to Miami is awesome. Also an absolute indictment on the Kings who should be in development jail for no less than 800 years.
Donovan Mitchell is a great scorer but this should be the year he figures out how to score more without hucking his whole body into traffic. Every year he ends up so banged up playing on fumes. Don't wanna see his postseason career end up like McGrady.
