Crucial to note that Image said they “will not be working with Warren on anything further until he has made amends to the satisfaction of all involved” back in 2021… it took them just three years to break this promise by reprinting DESOLATION JONES in 2024

Richard Pace@rpace.bsky.social · 6d agoEvery few years a comic company repeats the mistake of holding a contest for artists to "win" a gig, in this case it's Ghostmachine's cover contest. "Submit 3-6 samples of cover art featuring Ghost Machine Characters. . ." Some people see opportunity. Experienced pros see a scam. 1/8
If you ever want Claudia Black to narrate your story, you say "yes". If you want to have her appear in your television series, you pay her lots of money to live comfortably. And the average person in those positions should move heaven and earth to make sure they're accomplished.
