idk why your screenshot all fucked up like that but heres what it looks like for me where its clear they're adding pronouns, additional info about GI, GI, Admin Gender and Sex at Birth (observed) which is just passive voice for assigned really. while removing more simplistic "sex" and "gender".

Down the side we have Person Demographics at the start of two rows. The first row's Data Item field says Gender and Sex. Its update feild says Removal of data item(s) and the detail reads Data Items removed following consultation. The second Person demographics row reads Sex at birth (observed), Administrative Gender, Gender identity, Additional information about gender identity and Pronouns. Update field reads addition of data item(s) and the detail field says Sex at birth (observed) is a mandatory data item. Administrative gender is a required read-only legacy data item for England only to represent the data held on the personal demographics service (PDS) and All other new data items are required in the core information standard.

"Sex at birth (observed)" is now a mandatory data item in the NHS core information standard (v2.0.1). It also appears (if I am reading this correctly) that gender identity and pronouns have been removed. The NHS are transphobic as fuck!!! standards.nhs.uk/published-st...

WRN members then dressed as jockey and horse and did a tour of Belfast landmarks. ‘This year’s GWD theme is ‘women be seen’ and we nailed that brief, with Marianne in her horse outfit (see her quote in the main pic) as we trotted around various landmarks in Belfast city centre.’
