There may be lessons they can take from Mayor Scott of Baltimore when it comes to his public safety approach. The city has significantly reduced crime by focusing on violence interruption and deterrence instead of throwing more cops at the issues.
Somebody should sue over that too. He hasn’t renovated or restored shit.
