I went to every gig the band & Glen played in Cork between 2002-04 when I was 17-19, & a few more after that. I had a huuuuuuge crush on Glen (then in his 30s)... But when I found out he was actually dating Markéta, who's 4 years younger than me, I could no longer enjoy his music because: gross!

My IUD has been a game-changer in managing my endometriosis, I've been pain free for nearly a year, but every so often (like right now) I get a flare up that makes me wonder how on earth I put up with this once, sometimes twice, a month for the guts of 20 years??? 😔

(In reality I suspect the hosepipe ban was specifically chosen for the primary reason the Irish government chooses to do anything - blindly copying Whatever Britain is Doing, the more unpopular and unsuccessful the policy the better)
