The Avro Shackleton MR Mk3 was powered by four Rolls-Royce Griffon 57A V-12 piston engines, each producing 2,455 horsepower. The SAAF Museum at AFB Ysterplaat has a cutaway model that was recently restored, showing every piston, valve and cog working in perfect harmony. Powered by an electric drill!

I wonder if a consequence of not having an ambassador is what drove the embassy to try holding a free concert at 3PM on a Thursday in a place that's pretty miserable to access without a car, and is still quite miserable to access with a car between parking rates and KL traffic

というわけでシボレーカメオ"ZERO machine"完成です。 カメオとステップサイドのストリートマシーンのニコイチで、余り物のコカ・コーラのデカールを貼ってます。 カメオのリアフェンダーを眺めていたら、これは黒くしたら絶体カッコいいという確信が出てきまして、それなら元の赤は残して黒赤にしてしまおうと。ルーフやフレームを赤く塗ったのは、デコトラの定番カラーからインスパイアです。 で、黒ボディに白いロゴを入れたらコカ・コーラゼロになるよなということでこの仕様となりました。 カスタムカーイベントのコカ・コーラのブースでサンプリングのキャンギャルと並んでいる車のイメージです。
