Hello to all the people who I met at the Full Indie meetup today and said they follow me on BlueSky! I hope you got to play my game and that it was fun! And that if you did not that you will get to play it soon - or that I’ll make it better. Either or.

It's been a week of using a cheap vertical mouse to replace the expensive Logitech MX Master 3 mouse where the right click and mouse wheel got funky. My biggest issue is that it FEELS cheap and is super light. Otherwise, no issues. Didn't even need to install custom software, which I appreciate.

I've simply not applied to workplaces where I know they will claim ownership over something I work on in my free time. Some of these jobs I'd really want and could be a huge benefit to their projects. But simply put, you do not own my free time. Thinking you do is a sickness indicative of rot.

NEW: I spoke with multiple video game developers and a U.S. employment lawyer to learn more about restrictive side clauses that often prevent employees at major companies from pursuing hobbyist work or personal projects. In an industry renowned for creativity, why are we stifling it?

Good News: I think I found a solution to an issue lots of people have brought up with the camera angles in my game! Bad News: It will require adjusting nearly every camera offset value in every level.

Tidal: We will let you completely block AI music. Me: Yes. Fantastic. Love it. Tidal: We will also recommend AI generated songs and label them as by a band you like if the song sampled their music. Me: What the fuck? Why?
