Shar is always possessed. Due to people being scared of how strong she is, but struggling with emotions, she often wished for someone to understand her. That wish got strong enough to cause a dynamis reaction that merged with her, becoming a unique individual to be that person. They share her body.

My WoL Shar, a red eyed au ra standing on the surface of some water. Reflected on the water's surface is Yuugiri, the dynamis waveform that appears as a cyan eyed version of Shar. Shar is speaking to her: "Let us go, my shadow. Another day awaits us."

Before her birth, the Ejinn tribe oracle said Shar would be an ill omen due to being a strong, but inhuman beast. So her parents kept her a secret then moved to Kugane because they loved their daughter. She did have a hard time understanding emotions and such, but her parents taught her virtue.

I remember when casual fans discovered Akira in the early 90s, there was a tendency to turn one's nose up at the limited-budget features of the 80s. Like Vampire Hunter D was outdated or something. But creating a cinematic look on a TV budget is harder than hiring more animators.

Just realized I never shared this here TMNT art in the style of old Bengus art (circa MvC1.) Made the Turtles, and was initially just going to add April O'Neil, ended up adding Splinter, Bebop and Rocksteady as well. I made these during a number of livestreams. Could be fun to add more.

Shar was born on the Azim Steppe, but moved to Kugane as a child with her parents because the tribe farseer said her birth was a bad omen. She's indifferent to it, but when the Naadam happened, she took the opportunity do whatever it took to become khagan to prove her existence meant something.

About 9 or so. I play it so there's no one specific Warrior of Light (since plenty of people have the Echo), but a group of people called the Warriors of Light (even if they have a Free Company). Four of them are fleshed out, with only vague ideas about the rest of them.
