Apparently it’s a known thing that Apple TV drops new episodes of their shows at 9 pm EST the night before their premiere date… I just learned this today. SO I have watched the season 4 premiere of Ted Lasso and my heart is full.
It’s amazing how much easier it is to do basic things to take care of yourself when the depressive episode lifts. Like preparing food. And showering. Groundbreaking stuff that can feel SO overwhelming.

Saw the Hadestown pro shot at the movie theater today. Absolutely INCREDIBLE. So glad I went. Can’t recommend it enough. I’ve thought about that show so much since I saw a touring production of it several years ago. I am 100% back on my bs.
