5 AM overshare, but also a serious point: the state of routine postpartum mental healthcare in the U.S. is pathetic. I’m not bad off—overall I’m managing very well. But waiting weeks to see a therapist for only 50 minutes and then not again for 2-3 more weeks is a joke. That’s everywhere I’ve tried.
