Nice AI-image-generating tool, but it will never be as great an artist as Onfim, a child who lived in the Novgorod Republic in the mid-1200s and who scribbled these drawings and schoolwork writings on birch bark at the age of 6 or 7.

Onfim’s drawing of himself on horseback as a warrior defeating an enemy. Two of Onfim’s works. On the left is a copy of a passage from the Book of Psalms he did for schoolwork. On the right is an apparently autobiographical depiction of a monster labeled with “I am a wild beast.”Some more spelling practice by Onfim with some human figures who have round heads and varying numbers of fingers on their big hands.Onfim’s writing practice accompanied by 7 little people in his particular drawing style, who tend to have very big hands with many fingers.

hey if you live in a state with a republican majority you should double down on this. double up on calls and get all your friends in on it. they are the reason this passed the first time and were still dealing with it! let them know their constituency is NOT PLEASED

This will be the US if the SCREEN Act passes. Call your Senators before August 5 and tell them that you oppose the SCREEN Act, KOSA, and the KIDS Act. Use the official lookup tool at www.senate.gov/senators/sen... to find yours by state.

Why I deleted my initial post of getting into the Art Hub! I’m still going to try and make it work (and I’m waiting for an answer to a specific ? I had), but I have the privilege of living 20 minutes from Seattle. My expenses are simply what I put into the table, plus gas and parking.

I guffawed when I saw the price, but I realized it’s for a 6x8’ space, and two badges. Given that a full 4 day pass to PAX is $250, more than half the table cost is just for the badges. Don’t get me wrong, it’s A LOT. If I didn’t live 20 mins away, I wouldn’t even consider it.

In Warhammer 40k, hacking a servo skull to run Doom is one of the sacred rites of the Adeptus Mechanicus, but none of them remember why, or even understand what Doom is.

Gonna try and get a stream going early afternoon tomorrow and/or Friday! It’s been too long. I’ll either be arting or starting up a game called Draugen. Draugen doesn’t seem to be a very long game, and it’s more of a “walking simulator” but I’ve had it in my “to play” folder for ages now.

As per usual, tapping the sign: everything has a place in fiction. EVERYTHING, even if you personally find it distasteful. Shitting on other people's art because it's not wholesome enough is fascist rhetoric driving the rise in modern censorship. Kill it now.

Starting on Dungeon Crawler Carl book number three! Been enjoying myself thus far, but it definitely helps that Steve has read them all so far and has done some spoiling for me. One and two were fun, but not the most attention grabbing, but knowing about some shit that happens later? DAMN SON.

I keep checking my email to see if I got into the PAX Art Hub. On one hand, I really want to do a show again and get to see and interact w/people. But on the other hand, holy shit what time and money do I use to prep for a show at the beginning of September when I haven’t had a show in 5 years.

New YouTube videos coming as soon as I finish this sucker. And I’ll be getting at least one acrylic standee made of Space Marine AlienMom and Chaos Marine Alienfirst. B/c I think my mom would just die to have it. 🎨

I want to give our upstairs neighbors as much leeway as I can (they got kids), and I think I’m doing a good job all things considered. But goddamn, I wish they would pick up the trash, clothes, toys, etc that they have thrown off their deck and also dropped in the front of the building.
