This is exactly why I've loved having Dungeon Bodega Simulator in this bundle. Getting laid of in 2025 was isolating and disheartening. The solidarity of this effort has felt the exact opposite. Devs supporting each other and showing up. This is what our industry is about!

Extremely proud to be featured on this list, thank you Aftermath and Nathan! I believe GenAI steals so much joy out of the process of creating art, a process I find deeply sacred. Not to mention the fact its trained on stolen data and has negatively impacted communities and my peers.

y'all im excited we just hit 5 sales on itch (yay!) but more importantly one of the itch players is able to consistently reproduce the furniture disappearing bug!! getting in touch with them, but if I'm able to reproduce the issue and fix this bug I'm gonna be so happy

Dungeon Bodega Sim mainly a shop sim, but it is also a fictional memoir of my own experience being laid off from Xbox last year. Elm's experience is my own. The heartbreak and suddenness of losing a job you loved. The melancholy of the aftermath. Seeing others bounce back while I kept job hunting
