The Court Voters' freedom to form an opinion includes right to be properly informed... which implies ✅right to obtain accurate information on candidates & electoral process from all sources, incl online, ✅protection agst undue influence, by unlawful & disproportionate acts/facts, on voting behavior

To the contrary, Romanian authorities clearly failed to prevent this outrageous interference - despite intel showing that his campaign had already been flagged in 2020. This is a sad attempt to bury under the carpet their misdeeds, and does nothing but prejudice trust in Romanian institutions.
