I've been on the internet for longer than some people have been alive and still don't really know how to utilize a bio.
This piece is good and correct, but here's the thing: So is the therapist. You have to log off. You have to touch grass. You have to ride your bike. You have to hang with your buds and talk about the local sports team. You can't make them go away but you CAN decide if they consume your life.
