Good morning ppl! If you go into the fire zones in Washington/ Oregon areas. Wear a N95 mask, don’t touch anything without gloves. Wear shoes you can throw away and if you just drive through, wash your car after you leave. The heavy metals and chemicals will be above safe exposure levels. Hugs!

📈 The summer COVID surge has started and cases are on the rise, particularly in the South. ✅ If you have risk factors for progression to severe COVID illness and have symptoms, get tested 🧪 so you can get treated 💊 COVID treatment decreases risk of severe illness and hospitalization

Table titled "Example of high-risk factors for progression" with two columns: "Example health condition" and "Example therapeutics." Health conditions listed include age 75 years or older; fewer than 1% peripheral B cells after at least 6 months of treatment; congenital agammaglobulinemia; hematopoietic stem cell transplant within 2 years or with active graft-versus-host disease; hematologic malignancy on therapy; HIV infection with CD4 count below 200; other severe primary immunodeficiency; solid organ transplant; and solid tumor on treatment. Example therapeutics include B-cell–depleting agents within the past 12 months (such as rituximab, ofatumumab, ocrelizumab), CAR-T therapy within the past 12 months, abatacept, tyrosine kinase inhibitors (such as imatinib and ibrutinib), high-dose corticosteroids (equivalent to at least 20 mg prednisone daily for at least 4 weeks), and anthracycline derivatives. A note states that the listed therapeutics are examples that predispose to substantial immunosuppression.

AltNPS constantly steals from journalists, so I made a list of those journalists. Give the list a follow, and you'll have a solid list of real news sources. These writers deserve your attention!

The Alt National Park Service somehow managed to name the wrong Olympic canoeist here, which I guess is impressive. Most people can't name two Olympic canoeists in the first place, let alone mix them up. The correct canoeist is David Hearn, as in the doc AltNPS linked to, titled "HEARN FILING."

Alt National Park Service: A win! It’s already falling apart. A key grand jury witness testified that the area around the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool was already damaged and would have needed repairs regardless of the actions allegedly taken by former Olympic canoeist Casey Eichfeld.Alt National Park Service: That testimony could undercut a central part of the government’s case by suggesting the damage wasn’t caused by the defendant in the first place. Facts matter, especially when criminal charges are involved.

[They link to a document called "Hearn filing," where I've highlighted three times the document refers to "Mr. Hearn."]
