Why are they destroying the books?

A question for women who date men: You connect with a guy on an online dating app. He suggests you meet for the very first time, on a hike on a trail you've never been on. Would you go? (Me? Hell no. And I'd stop chatting cuz I don't need that level of cluelessness in my life.)

Every job I can think of requires you to show up to it. Why doesn't congress? Are there not built in practices for if an employee just doesn't show up? They need to be in committee meetings. They need to be at votes. If not, replaced.

This is where Beshear's once-promising political future ended. He is no longer a viable presidential candidate, BECAUSE OF THIS. Can't stand up to a dead guy just isn't what we need.
